Our refund policy covers the first 7 days of usage after making the subscription. If the online class didn’t comply with your needs, or if the information mentioned is not provided, you may ask for a refund within the allowed period.

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund in any case.

To ask for a refund, please send your order ID and the email address you used to subscribe to support@artjio.com, or you can use the contact methods shown on this page to submit your request. We initialize the refund requests through bank transfer or PhonePe payments or PayPal, please note that the refund process might take up to 3 working days to initiate, and the payment might take up to 7 business days to reach your payment source.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
